Infant / Child Attendance Policy:
While we encourage parents to leave children at home so both yourself and other attendees are better able to focus on the class, we also understand that’s not always practical nor possible, and so infants may be brought if need be. We would ask you to take a seat towards the back of the class and consider rescheduling for a future date, of course at no charge, if the child is especially distracting to others.
Class Cancellations or Rescheduling
In the event of a class cancellation, notice will be provided on the Home Page under “Announcements” as soon as possible. Please check the website 24 hours prior to the class, anytime there is approaching inclement weather, and again immediately prior to class for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of a class cancellation, attendees have the option of rescheduling for another class date or a full refund.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be received before the day of the class as we likely will not be able to fill your seat at the last minute. Cancellations not received before the day of the class will receive a credit towards a future class, or that reservation can be transferred to a friend or family member for that or a future class.
